Unique Committee of Guarantee for equal opportunities, enhancement of the welfare of workers and anti-discrimination ( CUG )

 

The Unique Committee of Guarantee for equal opportunities, enhancement of the welfare of workers and anti-discrimination ( CUG ) replaces the Committees for Equal Opportunities and committees about mobbing phenomena,  assuming all the functions provided by the law, collective agreements for the staff of public administrations or by other dispositions. ISPRA in August 2011 set up the Unique Committee of Guarantee for equal opportunities , enhancement of the welfare of workers and anti-discrimination ( CUG ). In accordance with national and Community legislation, the CUG operates within the Institute for the achievement of the following objectives :
  • to ensure gender equality and equal opportunities, strengthening the protection of the workers and ensuring the absence of any form of moral, psychological or mental violence and discrimination ,direct and indirect, related to gender, age , sexual orientation, race, ethnic origin, disability, religion and language
  • to promote the optimization of productivity , improving the efficiency of work performance , including the develop of the work environment characterized by respect for the principles of equal opportunities and contrast any form of discrimination and moral or psychological violence against workers
  • to support the efficient and effective organization of the Institute in the field of equal opportunities and contrast to discrimination and well-being of workers
