Second working-meeting for the Project IMPEL : "Mapping the regulatory toolkit"

The target of the IMPEL project "Mapping the regulatory toolkit" for 2016 is to face the problem related with he incomplete implementation of European Union environmental standards produces costs to health and the environment equal to about 50 billion of euro a year.

The Commission, which is financing somepart of the IMPEL -European Union Network for the Implementation and Enforcement of Environmental Law  (www.impel.eu) has expressed interest for the project results.

For Italy the members of the network are ISPRA, the Italian Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea, Assoarpa and ARPA Lombardia.

ISPRA will host the second work-meeting attended by delegates of the agency for the environment and environmental regulators of England, Scotland, Ireland, Belgium, Portugal, Turkey and Malta. A questionnaire composed by only two questions, which aims to collect the best practices and also Italian institutional experience, is available to those interested in
