Valuable species of truffle

Seminar

Rome, June 15, ISPRA, via Curtatone 3, 10 a.m.

Truffles are among the more studied species of mushrooms, due especially to their economic relevance in the world. Every species of truffle has a proprer ecology, but Tuber melanosporum Vittad and Tuber magnatum Pico grow up in limited pedoclimatic environment. The studies of the habitat of this two valuable species of truffles can indicate possible environmental changes and give us a better understanding of the use of the territory in particular areas.
