Tools for data collection and management about environmental noise

Seminar

Rome, May 19, Auditorium ISPRA, via Curtatone 7 ISPRA made on behalf of the Ministry of Environment, the National Inventory of noise sources, with the objective of building a data-base for the characterization of noise sources of national importance such as transport infrastructure or plants subject to AIA. The IT architecture of the Inventory is able to provide for its reuse at local level with minimal action on adaptation. The inventory is likely to be an extremely useful tool in studies of environmental impact, but, above all, as part of the processes of environmental information addressed to the public. Ispra, in agreement with the MATTM, has organized a day-long workshop on environmental information that will be primarily presented the "National Inventory of Sources of Noise", then a part of the meeting devoted to the presentation of the "Guidelines for the implementation Network monitoring and management of the airport  "which are another tool to ensure uniform procedures for collecting and presenting data for environmental information more transparent and quality.During the day there will be a space for debate that seeks to provide a useful opportunity to compare ISPRA to possibly refine the product for a better use of the instrument on behalf of all stakeholders.
