The decree of December 29, 2016, n. 266, published in the Official Gazette n. 45 of 23 February 2017 establishes the criteria and the authorization procedures for the "community composting" understood as "composting carried out collectively by several domestic and non-domestic users for the organic fraction of municipal waste produced by themselves, in order to use the compost produced from part".The conference aims to be an opportunity to present he correct application of the decree.
