The event aims to study the criticalities of the area, such as marginalization, abandonment, high exposure to environmental risks (above all hydrogeological and seismic) but also the potentiality, such as tourist industry based on landscape resources and cultural identity (tourism: sports, food and wine, cultural , religious, geotourism, etc.), agriculture, breeding, innovative industries (such as those in the Carsoli-Oricola district); the development of protected areas also as an opportunity for the tourist economy (this is the case of the Monte Navegna Natural Reserve and Monte Cervia).
