The 23rd Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), that will be held in Bonn, from 6 to 17 november. The main target of Cop 23 is to translate in concrete actions the contents signed in Paris two years ago The conference will serve as a bridge between the work done in Marrakech during Cop 22 and what will be done in 2018 in Poland.
