The 2018 is the year of the final approval of the circular economy package by European Union. A new economy, stronger because more sustainable, in which Italy can play the role of international leader at international level. In this context, however it is fundamental the overcoming of non-technological barriers, the full and effective implementation of Green Procurement and Minimum Environmental Criteria, the strengthening of the system of mandatory consortia and investments in the circular economy of the entrepreneurial system. The ISPRA President and DG will attend the Forum
