The event is part of the activities promoted by the FRANCA project, funded by the European Commission under the LIFE Environment tool, with which the concrete application of the anticipation paradigm is tested in the area of resource management and civil protection. already successfully used in other areas of socio-economic development. Two topics will be discussed: the first focused on the management of extraordinary excesses of water in different morphological contexts, and the second, in contrast, focused on critical issues determined by the scarcity of water resources, both in acute and chronic form. An Ispra expert will join the event.
