Public consultation 2018 on Good Environmental Status (GES) and Environmental Target ( art 19 of Directive 2008/56/CE)
According to the implementation of the art. 16 of Legislative Decree. 190/2010, the Public Consultation on the updating of the environmental assessment and the definition of Good Environmental Status (GES) and Environmental Target was opened for each of the 11 Descriptors of the Marine Strategy, developed by the Ministry for the Environment with the technical-scientific support of ISPRA, as well as with the support of other central and local Administrations represented in the Technical Committee referred to in Article 5 of Legislative Decree 190/2010.
The consultation starts on October 19th and ends on November 17th at 12.00.
