National conference of the Civil Protection Authorities

The National Conference of Civil Protection Authorities is taking place this morning, under the directive of the President of the Council of Ministers in the framework of the National Civil Protection Week. The event includes the participation of the President of the Council of Ministers, Giuseppe Conte, as a national civil protection authority and holder of the relevant policies. The meeting aims to share and consolidate the common strategic lines of civil protection in terms of prevention and combating the consequences of natural disasters, among all civil protection authorities. "The National System for Environmental  Protectiois is active on environmental emergencies with controls and monitoring. The protection of the environment is an activity of civil protection, aimed at reducing risks and therefore is itself a form of prevention", this is what stated President Ispra and SNPA, Stefano Laporta, who spoke at the conference.
