Report for investigation purposes in support of the legislator for modifications to the regulatory framework about RF-CEM drawn up by ISPRA-ARPA and FUB

This document shows a snapshot referred to the year 2012 about the activities conducted in the past 15 years (from the DM 381/98) concerning electromagnetic fields, allowing you to have an updated knowledge regarding the regulatory point of view, the status of the environment, a forecast about the development of new sources and, therefore, about the management of the new pressure sources for the containment of the impacts related to them. It has been drawn up in order to gather and comment items useful to the legislator to evaluate the need and the opportunity of reviewing the law that regulates emissions of systems generating radio frequency electromagnetic fields.
