Shortcut Method to assess incidental consequences

Shortcut Method is aimed to estimate the consequences of incidents related with activities such as storage, the transport of dangerous substances by tanker or pipe, and other typologies excluded by Italian D.Lgs. 334/99. The Method is important for the territorial planning and emergency strategies.
