F-gas report: analysis of the data
The EU and national legislation concerning greenhouse fluorinated gases have been adopted and implemented in order to reduce the impact of these substances on the environment. Article 16 (1) of the Presidential Decree n.43/2012 established a reporting obligation for the operators of stationary equipments for air conditioning, heat pump, refrigeration and for stationary fire exstinguishing systems with a charge of greenhouse F-gas exceeding 3 kg. Within 31st May every year the operators in the scope of article 16(1) shall report to ISPRA emissions from the equipments concerned, referring to the previous year. The present report updates the data related to 2013 (already published) and provides also with the results of data processing referred to 2014.
