The Decalogue of EMAS communication

The purpose of the present study is to provide a methodological support to the EMAS Registered organizations in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the Environmental Statement. Through intuitive suggestions, the proposed Decalogue represents a vademecum to be used to comply with the requirements set out in Annex IV of the EMAS Regulation. Only by preparing an effective Environmental Statement, we can hope to provide a further channel of contact with the Stakeholders and to spread this tool to a wider audience of citizens.
