The marketing of forest reproductive material and the definition of Regions of Provenance (D. Lgs. 386/2003): the state of the art the implementation at regional level.

Workshop

OBasic objective of the meeting is to:

• verify the state of the art of applying at regional level, the Legislative Decree 10 November 2003, No 386, "Implementation of Directive 1999/105/EC on the marketing of forest reproductive material," key legislative instrument that contains innovative features for the protection of forest biodiversity (in his drafting APAT had an important role);
• harmonize its implementation among the Regions that already apply the legislation and those that have not yet implemented it.

At the workshop they will will participate DG SANCO (Directorate General for 'Health and Consumers' of the European Commission), the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and regional group for biodiversity and nursery BIOFORV (ISPRA is actively involved in it for 10 years ).
