DESCRIPTION:The Ministry of Health\, in collaboration with the Ministry fo
 r the Environment\, Land and Sea\, the Ministry of Economic Development\, 
 the National Institute of Health - National Center for Chemical Substances
  and the National Institute for Environmental Protection and Research\, or
 ganizes the 5th National Conference on the implementation of the REACH Reg
 ulation. Ten years after the adoption of REACH\, the National Conference w
 ill take stock of what has been done until now\, to share best practices a
 nd experiences useful to companies that are preparing for the 2018 deadlin
 e for the registration of the substances manufactured and imported into th
 e European Community\, to ensure the goals of prevention and health protec
 tion\, environment protection and sustainable development. The Conference 
 will also address the emerging issue of the relationship between the manag
 ement of chemical substances and circular economy.
