DESCRIPTION:Today Ispra has presented the new data on the land consumption
  in Italy edition 2020 of the Report of the National System of Environment
 al Protection. The publication and the updating of the map and data-base w
 ill be spread in order to provide a frame of the process transformation of
  the land consumption and their impacts on the landscape. The contributio
 n of the research\, in addition to monitoring the trend of the phenomenon 
 and the related environmental damage\, is fundamental for indicating new t
 erritorial planning perspectives and for providing useful tools and criter
 ia for the regeneration of the territory and for a sustainable planning of
  the urban areas.
