DESCRIPTION:Open Ecological Transition is a project communication realized
  by ISPRA in order to have more information and debate about the opportuni
 ties offered by the European Recovery Fund for environment in Italy in the
  future. In the frame of the project\, ISPRA has planned a series of terri
 torial meeting with the support of some environmental regional agencies\, 
 business world\, ciivil society and public system\, with the aim to provid
 e input related to the Italian Recovery Plan\, and\, discuss the point of
  simplifying the authorization processes which the Ministry of Ecological 
 Transition will have to deal with.
