DESCRIPTION:Online event for the presentation of the Report of the Nationa
 l System for Environmental Protection (SNPA) "Cities in transition: the It
 alian capitals towards environmental sustainability" which proposes\, for 
 the first time\, a transversal reading of the quality of the urban environ
 ment through three different interpretative keys - livability\, circularit
 y and resilience to climate change - evaluating its evolution in recent ye
 ars.   The event will be an opportunity to present the products realized\,
  the evaluation methodology adopted and the main results emerged\, with th
 e aim of promoting a discussion between experts and administrators on emer
 ging environmental challenges in the Italian regional capitals.    Program
