DESCRIPTION:The seminar promoted by ISPRA in collaboration with the other 
 structures of the National Service for the Protection of the Environment (
 SNPA) aims to be a comparison between the protagonists of the technical/sc
 ientific support assured to the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Sec
 urity (MASE) for the international activities related to the “Seville pr
 ocess. The current model of collaboration sees the direct participation of
  ISPRA experts and the Regional Agencies for the Protection of the Environ
