DESCRIPTION:The EMAS Italia 2024 Award took place today in Rimini as part 
 of Ecomondo 2024. The Ecolabel and Ecoaudit Committee and ISPRA gave recog
 nition and visibility to the EMAS registered organisations\, rewarding tho
 se which have best interpreted and applied the inspiring principles of the
  EC Regulation 1221/09 EMAS. The commitment in this area was enhanced both
  in terms of communication and in terms of the effectiveness of actions ai
 med at improvement. In the 2024 edition of the event\, the organizations t
 hat managed to achieve the best results in communication and that stood ou
 t in the adoption of innovative projects and initiatives in the field of w
 aste management in adaptation/mitigation to climate change were rewarded.
