DESCRIPTION:Artificial cavity databases as a knowledge and documentation t
 ool aimed at risk mitigation   ISPRA\, in collaboration with the Italian S
 peleological Society\, has created the  National Geodatabase of Artificial
  Cavities (GNCA) \, accessible on the National Environmental Information S
 ystem (SINA) portal.   The GNCA is a database containing the locations\, d
 ata and documentation\, plans\, cross-sections\, and inspection reports re
 lating to artificial cavities surveyed throughout Italy. The data comes fr
 om the Italian Speleological Society database and various datasets develop
 ed by ISPRA as part of specific studies and projects.
