Conference on the 40th year of the RAMOGE Agreement

ISPRA'a contribution to an important initiative


On the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of the RAMOGE Agreement, it was organized a conference at the Oceanographic Museum in Monte Carlo, which will take place on September 20, to present the initiatives and activities that characterized the first forty years of the Agreement on the integrated management of the coastal strip.

Established in 1976, the RAMOGE Agreement signed by the Principality of Monaco, France and Italy, promotes coordinated actions among the three countries to protect the marine environment.

After 40 years, the RAMOGE Agreement still represents the only tool of ​​international cooperation in the Mediterranean by which the French, Italian and Monegasque are engaged in an active and coordinated policy towards the conservation of the common heritage: the Mediterranean.
