DESCRIPTION:The year 2019 is the decisive for overcoming the waste emergen
 cy and to start effectively the circular economy in Italy. There are exper
 iences\, knowledge\, potential and the right motivations but urgently need
  to remove the barriers still present today. The reception of the European
  Directive\, the approval of ministerial decrees\, the strengthening of co
 nsortium systems\, the building of new plants and the construction of recy
 cled product markets must be the priority of the national political agenda
 . On June 26th in the session "Zero waste\, thousand plants" will particip
 ate the Director General of ISPRA\, Alessandro Bratti.
