IPBES thematic assessment of invasive alien species and their control

From 31 August to 18 October it is possibile to participate as external reviewer of the draft document

The Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) is an independent intergovernmental organization, in which all member States belonging to the United Nations can participate. IPBES was set up to improve communication between science and policy on biodiversity and ecosystem services.

On 27 January 2020, the Italian government formally joined the IPBES and, on the recommendation of the MATTM, designated three ISPRA experts as a members of the  National Focal Points (NFP).

Those who are interested in participating in the review of the document "IPBES thematic assessment of invasive alien species and their control” can do from 31 August to 18 October 2020.
