DESCRIPTION:The Kick-off meeting of the project took place today\, opened 
 by the General Director of ISPRA\, Alessandro Bratti\, in which the whole 
 partnership participated with enthusiasm and great competence. Considering
  the pandemic situation\, many of the beneficiaries had to follow the even
 t online\, but we were connected from all over Europe for the success of C
