DESCRIPTION:The rainfall trend of recent months is comparable to the great
  drought suffered by Italy in 2017. If by April there will be no significa
 nt rainfall\, there will be a considerable deficit of water resources. The
  negative trend is recorded both in rain and snow precipitations and in th
 e data of the levels of surface and ground water\, with some basins\, such
  as that of the Po and the islands\, in very serious resource deficit. Wha
 t to do and how to improve forecasts\, prevention\, infrastructures to cop
 e with recurring drought conditions. This is the topic of the first meetin
