DESCRIPTION:Today at 11.30\, at the Ministry for Ecological Transition\, t
 he Undersecretary for Ecological Transition\, Mr Vannia Gava\, will presen
 t the contents of the decrees signed by Minister Roberto Cingolani for the
  adoption of the "National strategy for the circular economy" and for the 
 approval of the "National program for waste management". These are importa
 nt reforms foreseen in the PNRR that will allow Italy to reach 2 of the 11
  targets set for June.   The national strategy for the circular economy is
  a document that provides for actions\, objectives and measures to be purs
 ued in defining institutional policies for the circular economy. The Natio
 nal Waste Management Program is one of the strategic and implementation pi
 llars of the National Strategy: it is a tool for the Regions and Autonomou
 s Provinces in planning and managing waste towards a sustainable and circu
