 xercise is part of the activities of the Ramoge Agreement (Italy-France-Pr
 incipality of Monaco) and provides for an operational marine intervention 
 plan to guarantee a response in the event of accidental pollution by hydro
 carbons and hazardous chemicals (HNS - Hazardous and Noxious Substance ).
