 onference in Malta\, the sixth edition of the hydrogeology biennial of the
  Italian Chapter of the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH)
 . The meeting\, which was also attended by international experts\, was org
 anized this year by the Government of Malta. The ISPRA Geological Survey o
 f Italy participated with presentations regarding some of the projects and
  activities underway on hydrogeological issues.
