Marseilles Declaration of November 4, 2008
After the Marseilles Declaration of November 4, 2008, the foreign affairs Ministers of the 43 states of the Euro-mediterranean Partnership established the program for year 2009 and approved the mandate, the structure and the institutional governance of the Union for the Mediterranean, born in the Paris Summit in July 2008.
