Rome, September 11 - The Geological Service of Italy and the autonomous Regions and  Provinces organize an exhibition of geological maps, the result of 20 years of national geological mapping.
The exhibition event, that will remain open for three months after September 11, is an opportunity to learn important peculiarities of our territory, emerged during the realization of the geological sheets. The secrets of the Italian geological heritage will be revealed to the visitors through the support of ISPRA geologists that will guide the visit. The event is part of the official launch of the International Project "One Geology-Europe".
