DESCRIPTION:Today was  held in Rome the conference "Environmental damage:
  prevention and repair in a network system" organized by ISPRA  to provid
 e a useful contribution to the topic and to propose a technical-scientific
  point of view to the operators of the sector and legislator. The meeting'
 s objective\, in particular\, is to bring together the subjects involved i
 n the environmental damage compensation procedures (ex sixth part of Legis
 lative Decree 152/2006) to share experiences and deal with emerging issues
 : the definition of a procedure for environmental damage actions \; the in
 surance coverage of the damage\; assessment criteria and criteria for the 
 repair of environmental damage.
