DESCRIPTION:In 2026 marks the thirtieth anniversary of the entry into forc
 e of Law No. 447 of 26 October 1995\, the “Framework Law on Noise Pollut
 ion\,” a milestone in Italian environmental legislation.      Over these
  three decades\, the law has made it possible to build a system of prevent
 ion and control\, promoting increasing public and institutional awareness 
 of noise pollution issues.      Thanks to its innovative structure\, a lar
 ge part of the national territory is now equipped with operational tools s
 uch as:     acoustic zoning\,   municipal regulations\,   remediation plan
 s\,   environmental noise impact assessments.        However\, after thirt
 y years\, new challenges have emerged. The regulatory framework has become
  more complex\, technologies and lifestyles have changed\, and new noise s
 ources require updated tools and approaches.      The event aims to reflec
 t on the results achieved and to explore future perspectives for improving
  the management and regulation of noise pollution in Italy.
