REGISTRY AVAILABILITYSuspension notice The link between the Kyoto Registry (ITL) and the Union Registry will not be available between 16:00 (CEST) and 18:00 (CEST) on Friday 8 May 2020 and between 8:00 (CEST) and 12:00 (CEST) on Saturday 9 May 2020.
Public holidays (valid as of December 31, 2020) Transfers of allowances or Kyoto units can only be initiated on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 and 16:00. Pursuant to art. 39.3 of EU Regulation No. 389/2013, the Registry system applies a delay of 26 hours between the start and completion of a transfer; the running of this delay is suspended between 0:00 and 24:00 (CET / CEST) on Saturdays, Sundays and the following holidays:
01/01/2020 Wednesday 06/01/2020 Monday 04/13/2020 Monday 05/01/2020 Friday 06/02/2020 Tuesday 06/29/2020 Monday 08/12/2020 Tuesday 12/25/2020 Friday
Please note that the above mentioned suspension de facto postpones the completion of a transfer of 24, 48, 72 or even 96 hours depending on the number of holidays (including Saturdays and Sundays) that occur after the start of the transfer.

DEADLINESBy March 31, 2020: Enter the value of 2019 emissions into the Registry and have your verifier validate it. By April 30, 2020: surrender an amount of allowances equal to the verified emissions.
