  IMPEL\, ENPE and EnviCrimeNet signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) 
 that represents a concrete step towards a more structured cooperation betw
 een environmental inspectors\, law enforcement agencies and prosecutors\, 
 with the common goal of fully implementing the new Environmental Crime Dir
 ective and addressing emerging challenges in a coordinated manner.
