 gation and Health Security ” in Rome on 7 and 8 October. The summit serv
 es as a preparatory meeting for COP31 in Antalya. The initiative seeks to 
 address a gap in global governance and overcome the longstanding separatio
 n between climate policies and biodiversity protection\, promoting the lat
 ter as an essential “resilience technology” for preventing the creatio
 n of fragile “green deserts".
