 o which ISPRA also contributed by drafting Chapter 1 "The hydrological bal
 ance\, the availability of water resources and the water balance"\, the pa
 ragraph dedicated to the "Water balance and water stress" and the part rel
 ating to state of the climate. The preface of the book is signed by ISPRA 
 President Stefano Laporta.
