DESCRIPTION:Funded by the Interreg Italy-Croatia 2021/2027 Programme\, the
   HANDY Project  has as its main objective the standardization of the spec
 ialized training of the Italian and Croatian Civil Protection operational 
 forces\, to ensure a harmonized approach to intervention procedures in the
  event of natural disasters\, such as oil spills at sea\, fires\, earthqua
 kes and floods. In this context\, ISPRA has been tasked with training volu
 nteers on the management of environmental emergencies at sea and along the
  coast\, with particular attention to coastal contamination assessment tec
 hniques (SCAT)\, intervention strategies and techniques\, as well as risk 
 scenarios.
