DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, 29 October 2026\, a training event will be held 
 as part of ISPRA’s PNRR-MER Project. The event aims to illustrate the fe
 atures\, outputs and functionalities of the Modelling System for forecasti
 ng short-term pollution events in aquaculture and tourist-recreational are
 as.   The System\, currently being implemented in three study areas — th
 e Gulf of Tigullio (Liguria)\, the Gulf of Follonica (Tuscany) and the Sac
 ca di Goro lagoon (Emilia-Romagna) — integrates field and satellite data
  with various modelling components (atmospheric\, hydrological-hydraulic a
 nd marine-coastal) to characterise pollution sources and simulate the tran
 sport and dispersion processes of pollutants.
