The course aims to raise awareness of the RiVe project and its role in supporting river corridor monitoring activities. It aims to integrate remote sensing monitoring with Citizen Science activities, engaging citizens, local communities, researchers, and technicians to protect river biodiversity.
The course is open to anyone wishing to launch a RiVe Citizen Science project in their local area with the support of the Network. It is aimed at employees of public and private institutions, associations, parks, and other local entities, freelancers (biologists, botanists, naturalists, environmental technicians), teachers, and AIGAE guides.
