The "Participatory Tools for Climate Risk Management in Urban Areas" paper has been published.

The purpose of this Bookleet is to inform citizens on the two themes of climate change and public participation, using a technical and sociological approach to risk. It also aims to foster participatory processes in urban areas to share local knowledge and empower all citizens to co-design and co-manage policies and interventions at the local level.

Specifically, the publication offers readers scientific knowledge on climate risk in Italy, with an in-depth analysis of policies and measures to address climate change. It also introduces the topic of public participation, describing the main participatory tools used in Europe and Italy. The final section illustrates the exploratory study, conducted using qualitative social research techniques in the regional capitals and autonomous provinces of Italy.
