DESCRIPTION:The conference\, promoted by the Association of Architects\, P
 lanners\, Landscape Architects and Conservationists (PPC) of the Provinces
  of Novara and VCO\, together with its Environment and Landscape Commissio
 n\, under the patronage of ISPRA\, addresses the role of green spaces and 
 landscape as strategic infrastructure for environmental\, climate and urba
 n quality. The event will explore the European and Italian regulatory fram
 ework\, spatial planning tools\, and policies for the management of public
  green spaces. The conference is structured in two sessions:   • the fir
 st session focuses on the European and national macro-scale\, addressing t
 he Nature Restoration Law\, Nature-Based Solutions (NBS)\, and the Nationa
 l Restoration Plan\;   • the second session focuses on municipal plannin
 g\, urban green space management\, and local regulations.
