MEASURE 1.3.1: “National Digital Data Platform (PDND)”

Under the Agreement signed in July 2024, the Department for Digital Transition of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers designated ISPRA as the Implementing Body for the technical and operational implementation of Measure 1.3.1 “National Digital Data Platform – PDND”, as provided for in the PNRR, pursuant to Article 9, paragraph 1 of Decree-Law No. 77 of 31 May 2021.

The purpose of the Agreement, as described in the related Economic Operational Plan, is the development and integration into the PDND of 13 services available within ISPRA-SINA, with at least one API for each service, in accordance with the ModI guidelines.

Specifically, these services cover the following areas: Coastal Planning, Land Cover, Biodiversity, Hydrogeology, RENDIS, Pollen, Air Quality, Wave Monitoring Network, Tide Gauge Network, Pesticides, Land Take, Climate Indicators, and Electromagnetic Fields.

The completion deadline is June 2026.
