The objective of the General States of the Consortiums is to develop, through the innovative method of elaboration partecipate, a programmatic platform to analyze opportunities, obstacles, as well as the policies and measures necessary to improve the quality of the sector for the environmental topics. In order to guarantee the implementation of community directives, to ensure high levels of environmental protection and contribute to the competitiveness of collective and business systems and to avoid distortions of competition, a dialogue with experts and stakeholders is needed to define the the most adequate model to deal with the issue of "waste/resource" management. At the event will partecipate ISPRA President.
