From 15 to 17 may there will be held a workshop focused on the reproduction captivity of the Velture a small migratory vulture threatened by  global extinction. Reproduction in captivity is one of the most important actions provided for  by LIFE Egyptian vulture project because it allows young individuals to be released into the wild, in order to increase the small Italian population of Capovaccaio, now reduced to a few nesting pairs and which can be hardly saved from extinction in the absence of a restocking program. The workshop is organized by ISPRA in collaboration with the Rapacia Minacciati Center (CERM) of Rocchette di Fazio (GR), as part of the LIFE Egyptian vulture Project
