The 2018 European Forum on Disaster Risk Reduction (EFDRR) will held in Rome, at the headquarters of Confindustria, from 21 to 23 November 2018 and is organized by UNISDR, the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction and presided over for the Roman stage by the Italian government.
The event, which will have the participation of 55 countries, including members of the European Civil Protection Mechanism, Central Asia and the Caucasus, will be dedicated to the results of the United Nations Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction, for accelerate the implementation and monitoring of the Sendai Agreement 2015 - 2030. Ministers, department heads, civil protection directors and delegates from the various governments will participate.
