This joint conference will bring together scientists, practitioners, government authorities, NGOs and local communities to share knowledge, research and practical experience from around the world. It represents a key opportunity not only to highlight the plight of one of the world’s rarest bear populations and the conservation efforts underway to protect it, but also to foster dialogue and collaboration among all those involved in bear conservation and management.
