Against this backdrop, ISPRA provided a team of specialists with expertise in environmental protection, inspection and compliance activities, to work alongside ARPAC technicians and support the judicial police in investigative activities through technical field assessments.

At the end of the first quarter of activities, the President and the Director General met with the technicians in person to thank them for their work and for their dedication and sense of responsibility, which contributed to enhancing the Institute’s role and reputation.

ISPRA’s operational commitment demonstrates the successful synergy between scientific rigour and judicial action: a strategic collaboration that places the Institute at the forefront of supporting and assisting the actions undertaken by the competent authorities to combat environmental crimes, ensuring rigorous, timely and decisive responses to protect the Sarno River and safeguard the surrounding territory.
